The Pod Hotels® Rebranding Project

While seeking a suitable candidate for rebranding within the hospitality sector, I came upon the Pod Hotels®. Remarkably, I had the prior experience of serving at the Pod Hotels® bar in one of its locations several years ago. This brought back memories of the distinctly charming ambiance of the hotel, the enthusiastic guests eager to explore New York City, and the vibrant staff complementing the atmosphere. Motivated by the desire to encapsulate the essence of these memories and insights derived from my comprehensive brand analysis, I embarked on a journey to refine the branding strategy.

I created documents outlining the appropriate tone of voice, establishing a definitive brand positioning, and delineating the core brand pillars. I also crafted a customer avatar that embodied the target demographic. Employing these foundational elements, I crafted content aligned with my vision for the Pod Hotels®.
